the template skin of your forum is not the same with the homepage. it's not unify. Besides, phpbb is unsecure forum. It has many bug so I think if you want to develop it, u need to change to another source code +_+. The template of hompage is not made by you because u forgot to change this text "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consetetur."
